Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2 September 2026
AudioHeritage is developed by Vedran Vadlja | IV Media Service. This policy explains how the AudioHeritage Android application and website handle information.
Information we process
- Account information such as email address, display name, selected country and authentication identifier.
- Content you choose to provide, including profile details, equipment collections, systems, notes, ratings, equipment requests and community or private-chat messages.
- Questions and images submitted to AudioHeritage AI. They are sent to our protected server function and then to the AI service only to produce the requested response.
- Basic technical and security information processed by Firebase and hosting providers to operate, protect and diagnose the service.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, synchronize profiles and collections, deliver community and AI features, prevent abuse, maintain the equipment database and provide support. We do not sell personal information.
Services and external links
AudioHeritage uses Google Firebase for authentication, database, server functions and hosting, and OpenAI for the optional AI assistant. News, shopping, manufacturer, Spotify and TIDAL links open third-party services governed by their own policies.
Storage and deletion
Local preferences remain on your device. Cloud account and user content remain until removed, the account is deleted, or retention is required for security or legal reasons. You can request deletion at audioheritage.app/delete-account.html.
Children
AudioHeritage is not directed to children under 13. Users must meet the minimum age required in their country for an online account.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical measures but no internet service is completely secure. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the effective date above will be revised.
